2. Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for my products?

We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged due to our responsibility. As a cosmetic product, once it is used, it becomes contaminated and cannot be reused.

However, please keep the following in mind:

  • It is very important to first refer to our SKIN TYPES information and CONTACT section via email or the WhatsApp icon to ensure you feel confident and secure about choosing the right product for you.
  • If you are aware of any adverse reactions you may have to any of the ingredients in the formula, please let us know so we can customize your product.

Once you receive the product, we suggest performing a patch test on your forearm.
You should not experience any side effects, as it is a natural product. However, if you do experience a reaction during the first application, stop using it immediately, take a photo, and contact us to help you exchange the product.
